Utah Wedding Cakes -- Chocolate Swirl

Loved making this cake! It was a new technique for me with the fondant swirl inlay on the chocolate fondant, but it was so much easier to do than I had imagined and I was really happy with how it turned out. The top is open and filled with chocolate shavings.

Utah Wedding Cakes -- Chocolate and Ivory

This cake was designed by the bride herself. She knew exactly what she wanted and had sketched it all out before we even met. The flowers are all made from chocolate clay and the cake is covered in ivory and chocolate fondants. Each flower and pearl were made by hand. It was such a beautiful and unique cake.

Utah Wedding Cakes -- Chocolate

Here is the Wedding Cake from the same wedding as below. I think I'd like it without the bow better, but it still turned out beautiful. Congrats again to Spencer and Mara!!!

Utah Wedding Cakes -- White Chocolate Petals

This cake was done for Janae, she was the funnest bride to work with. I loved meeting with her and her fiance to plan the perfect cake for her wedding. The wedding cake flavor is Turtle Cheesecake and it is covered in white chocolate petals. The reception was held at the Springville Arts Museum and it was gorgeous! Thanks for letting me be a part of your special day Janae!
